Love Zumba? Come and see what we have to offer. Four Zumba classes and one Zumba Gold class per week. Zumba Gold is a specialized class for people who love Zumba but need a less intense version. Suitable for seniors, beginners, people with joint or other medical considerations. “Ditch the workout, and join the party!” Enjoy any class for $5 or just join the Y for $34 per month.
Rent our heated salt water pool for your party or event. We can supply the tables and bleachers and a lifeguard. Call 424-0912 and ask for Kathy Kinton or Cory Sheets.

We have the solution: our Fitzone is available for semi-private workouts. Just ask the desk for directions and settle into your own personal workout zone.
