Each class must have three participants to be held.
Muscular Strength: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. And a chair is used for seated and standing support.
Gentle Yoga: Gentle stretching, restorative poses, and breathing techniques adaptable for anyone. Great for people with back problems, arthritis, pain management, or in recovery. If you’re new to yoga this is a great way to learn the basics.
Intermediate Yoga: A flowing class of asanas with emphasis on core strengthening, flexibility, and advanced poses. Clear your mind and align your body.
50/50 Aerobics: Half cardio and half toning. We will tone using weights, resistance bands and our own body weight.
High Cardio: A variety of high cardio movements and exercises.
Zumba: a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
